FAQ’S FOR STUDIO CLOSING AND RE-OPENING
From 16th December 2020, we had to close our studio doors once again. No group classes are allowed so at the moment, until further notice, classes are online only.
For when we open, below are the studio safety measures and guidance.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you back. At Dragonfly the wellbeing of everyone is paramount to us. Therefore, we have outlined our plan below to ensure our yoga studio is open and used in the safest way possible.
We will constantly be reviewing guidance on capacity and processes and will post the latest updates on our website and social media, along with update emails.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a safe environment for you and we’ve made some changes to how we do things. Everyone will have a part to play in keeping safe, and we’ll be asking you to follow a few rules.
OUR TEAM
All staff have been trained to ensure hygiene standards and health and safety protocols are maintained at all times.
Employees have been asked to self-isolate at home if they or someone they have been in contact with are showing symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19.
Our team are there to assist you and keep you safe. If you have any questions for them, they would be more than happy to help, but please be patient as we only have 1 volunteer fulfilling this role at a time. Please respect any requests they ask you to do; this is to make sure everything is going to plan and everyone has a great and easy experience.
HOW YOU CAN KEEP YOURSELF AND OTHERS SAFE
To keep our studio as safe and clean as possible, we need your help too. We ask that you follow a few simple rules when you pay us a visit; **PLEASE NOTE: Before you visit the studio to attend your class, you must bring your own mat and a towel.**
The Public Health England and Health Protection Scotland guidance advises you to stay at home (self-isolate), regardless of travel history or contact with confirmed cases, if you have the below symptoms. Public Health England government guidance can be found here. Health Protection Scotland government guidance can be found here.
STAY HOME IF YOU’RE UNWELL.
Please don’t come if you feel sick or have the following COVID-19 symptoms –
- New continuous cough
- Fever or high temperature (of 37.8 degrees centigrade or higher)
- Loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)
IF YOU’RE FEELING GREAT, WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU THOUGH!
- Bring a full water bottle.
- Please come in your workout gear to avoid using the changing rooms. We advise against wearing face masks whilst exercising, as these can hinder your breathing, and gloves aren’t allowed as they can’t easily be cleaned – please use the hand sanitiser provided instead.
- Booking online is compulsory prior to arrival – this can be done on the website or via MindBody app. For the timetable on the website, please visit HERE.
WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE
